Mildura residents may receive a call over coming weeks asking them to take part in a local government community satisfaction survey.
National Field Services is conducting the survey on behalf of the Victorian Government and Mildura Rural City Council to ask how the city has performed over the last year.
But Mildura Council is assuring locals researchers will NOT be asking for people by name and will also identify themselves by name and that they’re from the organisation.
Calls will come from a number with the prefix: (03) 9977, this may change over time but they will NOT call from a mobile number.
Calls will be made 9am-8.30pm weekdays and 9am-5pm weekends.
MRCC employees are ineligible to participate in this survey.
