The Climate Council has released a heat map tool, revealing the
Mallee electorate is expected to see days over thirty degrees more
than double by 2090.
The heat map calculates heat changes if there’s no action to cut back
on burning coil — oil and gas.. and lists the regional areas expected
to see increases in temperatures.
The Climate Council says if no action is taken, the Mallee will have
58-days a year on average above 35 degrees by 2090, up from the
current 25.
