Several Victorian Councils are calling on the State Government to introduce cashless poker machines, to try and stem pokie losses.
2.8 MILLION dollars was lost on machines across Mildura in January, but that is $500,000 dollars LESS than was spent in December.
There’s also been a drop in losses in Swan Hill of more than $70,000 between the two months.
