Bonza flights are flying into and out of Mildura airport as normal after a weekend incident.
A plane was grounded on Saturday after birds hit the aircraft mid-flight.
The budget airline says it needed to step in and organise new flights and accommodation for impacted passengers when it realised the maintenance inspection was going to be taking longer than expected.

The airline said bird strikes are relatively common in aviation, but unfortunately they have been more pronounced than they would’ve expected.
