ANZ Bank customers in Robinvale are being encouraged to move their business after the bank closed the local branch yesterday.
Member for Mallee Anne Webster says the ANZ has treated locals with contempt, and is urging customers to move their banking business to the Commonwealth or Westpac who’ve remained open in the town.
The closure came the same day the bank faced a senate inquiry into regional branch closures.
