A number of drivers have been caught speeding and drink driving on local roads in the past week.
They include a 55-year-old Western Australian woman in Merbein who allegedly blew point-one-one-five. She’s lost her licence for 11 months.
A 23-year-old man from Colignan has been fined more than one-thousand dollars after allegedly doing 21kmh over the speed limit. Police say he then recorded a blood alcohol level of point-zero-eight-two.

And a 38-year-old local woman has been caught 30kmh over the speed limit in the area.
