Algae Alert

A red alert remains in place for parts of the Darling River for blue green algae.

Water New South Wales has released a report for the Murray and Darling rivers and Menindee Lakes, with the red alert in place for the Darling River including Pooncarie, and Darling Anabranch at the Silver City Highway Crossing.

An amber alert remains in place for the Murray at Curlwa.
