The Lifeline Loddon Mallee Push-Up Challenge

3-26 June 2026

Registrations open now.

From 3 to 26 June, join Lifeline Loddon Mallee and work towards 3,307 push-ups in 24 days, honouring the 3,307 Australians who died by suicide in 2024.

Each push-up is a simple but powerful reminder of why connection, support and open conversations matter.

And if 3,307 push-ups feels like too much?

No worries — you can set your own goal or swap push-ups for squats, sit-ups or tailored exercises.

Whether it’s your first time signing up or you’re already a bit of a push-up legend, The Push-Up Challenge is about showing up, getting involved and supporting each other.

Now in its tenth year, the challenge brings together people of all ages and abilities to move their bodies, learn more about mental health, and check in with themselves and each other.

In 2026, it’s set to be bigger than ever, with more than 200,000 Australians expected to take part.

Lifeline Loddon Mallee is proud to be a beneficiary of the challenge.

Everyone is welcome.
