Annual General Meeting of the Sunraysia Radio Group Inc.
The Annual General Meeting for 2023-2024 is to be held at the Mildura Workingman’s Club, Deakin Avenue, Mildura, on Sunday the 21st of July.
The meeting will commence in the Pioneer Room at 1:30pm, with lunch in the bistro at 12:00pm for those who wish to get together beforehand.
All Executive and General Committee positions will be declared vacant.
Any current full or concession member is eligible to vote and be nominated for a position.
Notice of proxy votes can be sent to the secretary beforehand, or the appointed proxy voter will need a signed note on the day from the absentee voter naming the proxy.
A buy/sell/swap table for members to trade will be available in the room for small items.
