Major Attractions for 2026

Coomealla Memorial Sporting Club presents The South Australian Axeman’s Association

Mike Fullgrabe and Doug Pike from the South Australian Axemen’s Association will be providing a demonstration of Woodchopping and sawing at this year’s Wentworth Show.

This is a first for the Wentworth Show and they are looking forward to providing this Event which will demonstrate the sport of Woodchopping.

There will be 3 demonstrations on Saturday and 1 on Sunday.

A demonstration lasts between 15 to 20 minutes and will include woodchopping, crosscut sawing and chainsaw.

RZ Resources presents Sandstorm Events

Sand Sculptures are their passion.

They are Australia’s only award-winning Sand Sculpting Company with 15 years of experience, dedicated to showcasing this ephemeral art form and encouraging interactive sand play.

They make sand sculptures from brickies sand and only add water to the sand.

They also have a “Sandsation” – that delivers innovative, hands-on activities for the kids.

Vertex and Nesa-NuEdge Solutions present The Light Horse

Mick Batchelor will be displaying some of his extensive collection of WWI and WWII Australian Light Horse uniforms, equipment and saddlery.

Mick participates in regional ANZAC Day services on horseback.

He joined the Australian Light Horse in 2012 and took part in the Reserve Forces Day in Sydney from 2014-2018 as a mounted escort to the NSW Governor General.

Lake Victoria Wind Farm presents Conargo Whipcrackers

Conargo Whipcrackers will be giving a demonstration of Australian whipcracking.

Jesse who is 18 years of age along with her younger brother Beau who is 12 years of age.

Beau and Jesse currently hold the New South Wales, Tasmanian and Victorian state titles, Beau is a 2x Australian champion and the current Australian Champion for the Juvenile division, Beau also currently is the Australian accuracy champion for all ages at just 12.

Jesse has been the previous Australian champion for the Junior division.

Wentworth Show Society and Squadron Renewable Energy present The Furals

Furals Art & Workshops brings hands-on, family-friendly craft experiences to agricultural shows and festivals across Victoria.

Using sustainably sourced, ecocertified Victorian timber, we offer creative workshops and take-home craft kits for all ages — from painting and decorating Australian animal figures to building miniature tractors, paddle steamers, and rocking horses.

Wentworth Show Society and Southern Cross Business Advisors present Frank Finger – Series 1 Winner “Muster Dogs”

Turning Pups into Muster Dogs Frank Finger, winner of Series 1 of Muster Dogs, is coming to the Wentworth Show.

A third-generation cattle producer, Frank has spent decades training working dogs and has become widely known for his calm, low-pressure approach to dog training and stock handling.

Joining him will be Jonty Benney, who first approached Frank at the age of 13 to learn about training dogs. Now 19, Jonty is training to be a dog trainer and continues to work alongside his mentor.
