The Federal Government has poured cold water on doubts over the roll out of Australia’s emergency warning system.
The nationwide AUSALERT test will sound on around 25 million mobile phones on Monday, including capable devices in the Mallee, before it officially launches in October.
Emergency Management Minister KRISTY McBAIN says it will be a more resilient system.
