Mildura’s among the top five local Government areas in Victoria for top price growth.
The latest figures from Domain show the median price of a home in the region’s now sitting just below $600,000 dollars.
That’s a 23 % increase over the last 12 months.

Across regional Victoria house prices rose by just 1.8%.
