Cross Country Management presents
AgCelerate Workshop – Ouyen VIC
Running a farming business in 2026 requires clear financial understanding and confident decision making.
Across the Mallee, recent rainfall may be providing some optimism for a more typical season. However, the financial and strategic impacts of recent drought conditions will continue to influence business decisions for some time.
Reduced working capital, higher costs and ongoing recovery mean being across your numbers is more important than ever. Perhaps you are looking at leasing land, purchasing equipment or want to expand in other ways.
This half-day, face-to-face workshop is designed to support farmers and business partners to strengthen financial literacy and improve how decisions are made within the business. The session is practical, applied and focused on real farm businesses.
Participants will:
- Strengthen understanding of their current financial position
- Build and use a 12-month cashflow forecast
- Identify key decision trigger points
- Improve preparedness for finance discussions
- Clarify goals for 2026 and beyond
The workshop also supports stronger internal business discussions and clearer preparation for finance reviews.
This workshop is practical and applied. You will leave with tools and templates you can implement immediately in your business.
Delivered by ag consultant, business coach and former agribusiness banker Paige Cross from Cross Country Management, this interactive half-day session is designed to help producers make informed, forward-focused business decisions—especially in a dry and uncertain season.
This workshop is open to all farm businesses and where possible, we encourage 2 members of a farming business to attend together.
Lunch will be provided.
