The popular local event is to be held Friday February 27 and Saturday February 28 at the Fort Courage Caravan Park and The Wentworth Angling Club.

This year the event is again set to support the work of local organisation CHAILIS (Children Having an Illness Living in Sunraysia).

CHAILIS is about locals supporting locals and for a decade now have been doing just that with over $700,000 in funds distributed to local families who have a child or children with an illness or life limiting disability.

Fish the Fort organisers are reporting many new supporters of the local event for 2026

Major prizes will be awarded for biggest Cod and Perch for both adult and children sections.
