Ed Sheeran is returning to Australia for his next tour. His upcoming tour, the Loop Tour, will be coming to Australia in January through till to March. The tour is to support the release of his new album ‘Play’.
It has been announced that on his trip across Australian and New Zealand the mega singer songwriter will be joined by none other than Aussie veteran Vance Joy. Joy, who rose to the top of the charts over a decade ago with the instant classic ‘Riptide’ had this to say about the news:
“I feel very fortunate to be getting to open for Ed around Australia and New Zealand. He is a legendary artist. I am inspired by his songwriting and by his ability to hold any crowd no matter the size in the palm of his hand, and just by the way he goes about it all. It’s going to be a great run and I’m excited to get to play a part in it! What a pleasure!”
The tour is coming to Brisbane, Perth, Melbourne, Sydney and Adelaide with all venues getting multiple shows (except Adelaide who are only getting one, sorry gang them the breaks).
