In State Parliament this week Member for Mildura Jade Benham her concerns of two repeat young offenders accused of violent crimes who had been released on bail despite strong Police warnings and magistrates acknowledging the high risk of reoffending.
She has questioned the effectiveness the of the states new bail laws.
