Nutritional Needs

Everything you need on short and long rides.

Fix your puncture

Patch a tube and discuss the difference between tubes and tubeless.

Then enjoy a scenic ride to Apex and beyond followed by complementary coffee and cake at Jessica Rabbit Café provided by Community RoadSafe Mildura and Coomealla-Mildura Mountainless Bike Club.

Suitable for all ability riders, including new riders.
