Rentals in Mildura and Irymple are becoming moderately unaffordable.
There are only three areas in regional Victorian considered affordable by the SGS Economic annual affordable index, but none of those are in north-west Victoria.
The index has also found regions including Red Cliffs are acceptable when it comes to rents.
