Local Kittyhawk Museum seeking feedback

A proposal for a new Kittyhawk Museum in Mildura is out for public feedback.

Mildura Regional Development says the key vision for local groups is to display all five types of fighter aircraft used for WWII training in Mildura in a single exhibition space.

It’s undergoing market research from locals to find out if it’ll be successful.

The Mildura 2nd Operational Training Unit (2OTU) was the most significant aviation training base in Australia and the Southern Hemisphere.
