Locals don’t have much time to have their say on a review on the Mildura Rural City Council structure.
Under the Local Government Act 2020 this council must adopt a single-councillor ward structure.
The Victorian Electoral Commission is looking at three proposals for single-councillor wards to be introduced from the next local government election.

They include seven to nine wards with different boundaries.
Feedback closes tomorrow and can be made on the VEC website.
An online public hearing will be held next week.
