Vacancy rental rates have increased slightly in North West Victoria.
The latest data shows the rate increased by 0.09 per cent in June, compared with point-zero-three of a per cent in wider regional Victoria.
But it’s still tough to get a rental in the region with the vacancy rate currently sitting at 0.61 per cent.

The data from PropTrack suggests Melbourne has recorded an increase of 0.06 per cent.
