Mildura remains a landlords market according to the latest rent report from Domain.
The vacancy rate remains at zero-point-five per cent in the last quarter.
Domain’s Dr Nicola Powell says rent is also steadily rising.

Dr Powell says the asking rent in the LGA is still around 400 dollars.
She says while the vacancy rate is getting better in the last quarter, it could go higher.
