More than 40 offences have been picked up on Mildura’s roads over the Melbourne Cup long weekend.
Local Officers took part in Operation Furlong which wrapped up on Tuesday night, detective two drink drivers and two drug drivers.
Other offences including speeding, disobeying signals and not wearing a seatbelt.

One person died in a crash at Birdwoodton on Saturday morning, one of 13 deaths on Victorian roads over the weekend.
