Around 30mm has come down since nine yesterday morning ... Swan Hill's had around 50mm and 56mm in Waleup.

Meantime all homes and businesses around 13th and 14th streets left without power yesterday afternoon have been reconnected.

Highest rainfall to 9am include:
103mm and Woomelang in the Mallee.
70mm at Ouyen.
57mm at Walpeup.
55mm at Birchip.
53mm at Swan Hill
52mm at Longerenong
