1500 Pacific Island workers confirmed for Victoria

Victoria will receive 1,500 seasonal farm workers from the Pacific Islands.

The workers will quarantine in Tasmania before heading to the mainland.

While farmers say the new deal's a step in the right direction it won't fix the sector's labour shortages.
