Due to recent rainfall and current wet conditions, Wentworth Shire Council has closed ALL unsealed roads within the shire to all traffic, effective immediately (as of yesterday).
This measure has been taken to prevent damage to the road network and to ensure the safety of all motorists. Driving on closed roads is prohibited and may result in fines.
Council is asking road users to please exercise extreme caution on all local roads and drive to the prevailing conditions.
