With the kids back at school again, members from Mildura Highway Patrol have been out and about in school zones.
Yesterday, at Koorlong, it would seem not everyone heard that school zones were back for 2025.
A large truck was allegedly caught doing 84 in a 40 kmh school zone.

The usual speed limit in that area is 60 kmh.
The driver received a $1976 fine and a 6-month immediate suspension of their licence.
Mildura Police say this is a solid reminder to drivers to slow down and keep kids safe during school times.
