R U OK? In Mildura this week

The R U OK? Conversation Convoy is on its way to Mildura.

Mildura Rural City Council is holding an event on Friday, 10 October, from 11:00am to 2:00pm in the Langtree Mall to mark World Mental Health Day.

There will be plenty of resources, support, and friendly faces to talk to, plus free coffee and a barbecue to keep the conversations flowing.

Organisations involved include R U OK?, Headspace, Mental Health & Wellbeing Local, CatholicCare Victoria, Mallee Family Care, Sunraysia Suicide Prevention Support Network, Sunraysia Lifeline and Sunraysia Community Health Services.
