Swan Hill Police have received complaints relating to possible unscrupulous door to door sales people trying to sell house improvements.
Police say these people are not locals and from interstate.
They are asking the community to please be cautious when dealing with door to door sales people and ensure you check identity and credentials before committing to work being done.
