A Supreme Court murder trial continues following the death of a man
in a house fire in RED CLIFFS.
The 52-year-old died when a burnt down on Indi [in-die] Avenue two
years ago, his 38-year-old housemate has been charged with his murder.
The trial by jury is into its second week now, with the accused
pleading not guilty to the charge along with a charge of arson
causing death.
It's expected the trial will run until the end of the week after
starting last Monday.
