There’ll be plenty of locals and tourists heading to Sunraysia for the long weekend,but people are again being urged to be careful of mozzie bites.
Murray Valley Encephalitis has been detected in mozzies in Mildura in recent weeks.
Authorities are urging those who are outdoors to wear light, loose covered clothing, use insect repellant and remove any stagnant water around the home or campsite.
