A Parliamentary Committee into regional housing supply has made 34
recommendations in its report, which has been tabled in Victoria's
Parliament.
The committee heard from several organisations from Victoria's
north-west, including Mildura Council, Mallee Accommodation and
Support Program and Murray Valley Aboriginal Co-op.
The Mildura Council spoke about needing greater diversity in housing
types in the City, and incentives to build smaller accessible homes
for older residents and new arrivals to the region.
