A weatherboard home in Cardross has been destroyed by fire in a Saturday night blaze.
Nine fire crews were called to the address on Saturday night just before 8:00pm, taking more than an hour to extinguish the blaze.
Crews declared the scene safe around 10:00pm, with Ambulance Victoria not required to treat or transport anyone as a result of the fire.

The single storey property was destroyed.
Investigations are now underway into the cause of the blaze.
