The Federal Government has committed to upgrades at Mildura Airport if it wins the upcoming Federal Election.
Labor has promised to invest four-and-a-half million dollars to upgrade nine regional airports across Victoria, including close to two-million towards Mildura.
The money will go towards repairing the main runway and related pavement areas, ensuring the safety of aircraft, operations and passengers, and maintaining connectivity for the region.

The government says our regional airports are vital to the community providing critical access to emergency services and tourism.
