Former Mildura assistant priest GERARD RIDSDALE is believed to close to death.
The Herald Sun says the 90-year-old’s been mostly unresponsive for several weeks, and is no longer engaging or opening his eyes.
The pedeophile priest abused more than 70 children over three decades.
