A Liberal MP’s calling for the Upper House Politicians to sit in a flood-impacted town later this year.
Member for Northern Victoria WENDY LOVELL tabled a motion this week for the sitting to be held in October or November, saying it’ll prove an economic boost for a Regional area such as Mildura.
It comes as an upper house committee will hold public hearings in flood affected areas, as it looks at how prepared Victoria was for floods and how it handled the flood event.
