Before graphite, artists drew with silver. This workshop explores silverpoint, a historic metal‑point drawing medium valued for its delicacy, permanence, and luminous line. Learn about the specialised surfaces, tools, and techniques involved, and experience the slow, focused process that makes silverpoint a meditative practice.

Participants will complete a small study and take-home tools and materials to continue practising, along with insights into other metal‑point techniques and how different metals behave over time.

This workshop is for participants over the age of 16 years. All workshop materials will be provided.

Participants are required to provide their own lunch.
