Wentworth Shire Council have advised residents of Dareton, Namatjira and Mourquong that filtered water supply will be unavailable for an 8-hour period due to essential critical works at the Buronga Booster Pump Station this week.
Water supply will be impacted from 10:30pm, Wednesday 28 May to 6:30am, Thursday 29 May.
Residents are encouraged to plan ahead by avoiding water usage (such as showers or washing) during this time and preparing alternative water sources, such as buckets of water for toilet flushing.

Please note, raw water supply will not be affected.
Wentworth Shire Council has apologised for any inconvenience caused during these necessary works and say they appreciate the public’s understanding.
